I traveled to many destinations as a single woman. I could easily find a friend who was interested in an adventure. My first excursion was to Italy. I was a senior in high school. I remember being particularly drawn to the fine details of the architecture. Maybe that’s why I have an “eye” for detail in my work. Much of my work is influenced by my travels abroad.
