Fine Silver Ankh Cross

Description

This Fine Silver Ankh Cross inspiration came while researching the history of the cross.
The Ankh Cross represents Life or Breath of Life.
As a jewelry artist, I have an interest in straight lines because they are supportive in nature.
Like a column or post supports a structure.
Additionally, I like round and oval shapes. They remind me there’s no beginning nor end, similar
to the cycle of life.
The cross has a vertical post (supportive) and out stretched arms, an openness.
While creating this Fine Silver Ankh Cross  I chose to make an oval above the post and out stretched arms
because it’s more interesting to the viewer.
This Ankh Cross also boasts an 8 mm oval lab created Amethyst gem.
